Each of the sea temples was established within eyesight of the next to form a chain along the south-western coast. In addition to Balinese mythology, the temple was significantly influenced by Hinduism. At the base of the rocky island, venomous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders.

By noon, we will reach NUSA PINIDA ISLAND and check in to the Hotel. After Refreshment, proceed to explore the Island by car, arranged by us with contact personal driver in Nusa Penida Let’s experience the West part of the Island.

Angel Billabong Beach

Angel Billabong is a basin on the shoreline between the formation of coral rocks whose water is filled when the tide and when the tide leaves a small pool that looks like a famous surfing brand "Billabong", so this place is called "Angel Billabong”

Broken Beach

Where there are reach of cliffs 50-200 meters high. Cliff circular shape and the middle forming holes like caves or tunnels sea. The sea water as if caught in the middle of the cliff that makes it seem a big pond. Broken Beach (PasihUug) has big natural pool, with about a hundred meters in diameter, created by sea abrasion and collapsed limestone hill in million years ago. This hole has 98 meter in diameter and offering unique and scenic view.

Kelingking Beach

Nusa Penida has so many amazing views making it hard to pick a favorite. But when the cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd favorite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger on the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular.

Crystal Bay

Crystal Bay in Nusa Penida is both a beautiful sandy beach that is easily accessible by road, as well as a famous spot for scuba diving and snorkeling. It’s an extraordinary spot with a spectacular rock in the middle of the bay. For sure one of the top places to visit in Nusa Penida.

  • Overnight at NUSA PINIDA ISLAND
  • Meals included – Breakfast & Dinner
  • Other inclusions - All Entry Fees in National Parks, Museums, Tour & Transfers.

Day 07: Friday Nusa Pinida Island

Following the breakfast enjoy the Island. We will organise a half day tour in the island to experience the best of the rest. Today is the day to explore the best part of the Island - East Island Tour

Cave Temple

The temple of Goa Giri Putri is located inside an impressive cave. It is indeed the biggest cave of Nusa Penida island. Many Balinese make the trip from Bali to Nusa Penida specifically to follow the complete course of purification which includes five stations inside the cave, in addition to the initial ceremony before entering the cave. Balinese also come because the water flowing from the spring in Goa Giri Putri Temple is holy water. It contains natural strength that can cure the disease. You will spot people coming for the ceremony easily on the speed boat, dressed in white and bearing their offerings.

Tree House

The Tree House (RumahPohon) on Nusa Penida has become one of the most popular attractions and one of the most popular places to stay! It is perched up on the mountain at Thousand Island (PulauSeribu) viewpoint near Atuh Beach.

Diamond & Atuh Beach

You will probably visit Diamond Beach first, because when you walk down after leaving the parking lot, the famous staircase is the first thing you see, on the right side of the path. The first part of the staircase is really easy to descent and very spectacular too, because it was built by carving out the limestone from the cliff. Make sure to take a look at the sea when you go down, because you might see Manta Rays from the top of the cliff or the staircase. The last part of the staircase is a little bit more tricky and for some a bit scary. You can decide for yourself if you’re up for the challenge and want to go all the way down to the beach, or to go back up to the top of the cliff. You might want to preserve your forces to go down to Atuh Beach, which is a better option than going down to Diamond Beach if you want to relax on the beach and go for a swim. Down at the beach, local people offer different options to take amazing photos that you can use for your social networks. There is also a swing and a small kiosk that offers soft drinks and snacks.

In 2016, the local people of Nusa Penida built a concrete staircase (on the right side of the beach) that allowed you to go – almost! – all the way down to Atuh beach. The construction might not be very pretty, but it is rather practical. In 2016, the last step of the stairs was almost two meters! The staircase is now finished with a total of 166 steps. The way down is easy enough. Going back up is a little bit more tiring, especially since some steps are very high. The staircase on the left side of the beach is a little bit shorter so you can reach the beach from the top in less than ten minutes. But if you want to see Diamond Beach as well, you will have to climb all the way up on the other side of the beach

  • Overnight at NUSA PINIDA ISLAND
  • Meals included – Breakfast & Dinner
  • Other inclusions - All Entry Fees in National Parks, Museums, Tour & Transfers.

Day 08: Saturday SANUR

Following the Breakfast, Check out from the hotel. We will drop you to the Portand transfer by Speed boat to SANUR. Our coach will be ready to transfer you to the Hotel. After check in &refreshing we will go for a local tour in and around SANUR.

Visit the Bali Orchid Garden: The Bali Orchid Garden is also not technically in Sanur but rather around 3 Kilometres away on the main road that leads out of the area, Jalan Ngurah Rai. Many visitors to Bali may not realize that orchids are a staple on the island as they flourish in the volcanic earth here which has a high mineral content. The Orchid Garden is a riot of color and is covered with thousands of orchids of different hues making this an ideal place to stop off at on your way either in or out of Sanur.

Tour Museum Le Mayeur : Museum Le Mayeur is one of the quirkiest attractions in Sanur and is a museum which sits on the site of the former home of a Belgian expatriate named Adrien-Jean Le Mayeur de Merpres. Le Mayeur lived in Bali until 1958 and you can explore his former house which showcases his collections, and much of the art on show is made up of paintings of his wife who was a Balinese dancer named Ni Wayan PolokTjoeglik. After Le Mayeur died the house was transformed into a museum and it is still very much as it would have been when he was in situ. You can also walk around the Balinese compound that encircles the home and take in the scenery and beautiful light that would have inspired many of the artist’s creations.

Come back to the Hotel &SUN, SAND & SURF Sanur on your own customised Activities.

Go for a walk along the promenade: One of the nicest areas of Sanur is its coastline which is flanked by a paved walkway that wraps around the edge of the sea and is the ideal spot to go for an afternoon walk. Families flock here as it is easy to walk along the beachfront path even if you have young children in a stroller, or you can rent your own set of wheels and cycle along, taking in the pretty view along the way. Things to look out for include the traditional boats that bob on the water, and the promenade is dotted with cafes and restaurants where you can stop for refreshments if the walk or ride gets a little tiring.

You may experience the following activities as per your personal interests with supplementary charges. Go diving:Sanur doesn’t have its own dive spots per se but you can sign up to dive here and visit several dive points that are only a few minutes away by boat. There are a huge number of dive shops and schools located in Sanur, and if you are a new diver and want to get certified then this is a great place to do it. Classes take place in the waters around Sanur, and on a dive trip in the surrounding sea you can expect to find marine life such as eels, seahorses, lion fish, and other aquatic oddities. Sunbath on Pantai Indah : Located pretty much in the center of Sanur, the beach is one of the cleanest in the area and is covered in soft golden sand. You can either walk along the coastline from another beach to get here, or walk along Jalan DanauTamblingan and turn onto an overgrown road in front of the famous Bali Deli. In addition to the good sunbathing and swimming opportunities, you can also enjoy the local cafe based here called Warung Pantai Indah which is a top spot to chill out with a beer or a fresh coconut on a hot day.
